Preparation

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.
  5. Pour batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Ganache Preparation
  1. For the ganache, heat cream in a saucepan until simmering; stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. Once cakes are cooled, drizzle with ganache before serving.
