Ingredients
  

For the Tuna
  • 1 pound sushi-grade tuna cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for spice
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Tuna
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Add the cubed tuna and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Divide the cooked sushi rice among four bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with the marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, radishes, edamame, and green onions.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
