Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini) cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup sweet corn canned or frozen
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
Tuna and Dressing
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sweet corn, and bell pepper.
  2. Add the drained tuna to the bowl.
Prepare Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, and gently toss to combine.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  2. Serve cold and enjoy!
