  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, place in a bowl, pour buffalo sauce over them, and toss to coat.
  6. Return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
