Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the husked corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with the prepared sauce.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese and chopped cilantro on top before serving.
