  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Dried strawberries
  • 1 cup Miniature marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, strawberry-flavored gelatin, and the melted mixture.

  4. Add powdered sugar to the mixture, shaking to coat thoroughly.
  5. Fold in dried strawberries and miniature marshmallows.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
