Ingredients
  

Spaghetti
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
Meat Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for topping
Taco Shells
  • 8 count hard taco shells
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives optional

Method
 

Prepare Spaghetti
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Meat Sauce
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble Tacos
  1. In a taco shell, layer cooked spaghetti, meat sauce, and top with shredded cheese.
  2. Add desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and olives.
