Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
Tofu
  • 14 ounces Soft Tofu drained and cubed
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with water

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the bell pepper, carrot, and cut the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add Tofu and Sauce
  1. Gently add the cubed soft tofu to the wok and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir carefully to avoid breaking the tofu.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and add it to the wok. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve
  1. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
