Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups snow peas trimmed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them as indicated.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add snow peas, bell pepper, and carrot to the wok, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
