Method
Prepare the Ribs
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
- Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl and generously apply to the ribs.
Preheat the Pellet Grill
- Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F (107°C).
Smoke the Ribs
- Place the ribs on the grill grates and smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and return to the grill for an additional 1 hour.
Finish with BBQ Sauce
- Unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 30 minutes to set the sauce.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 195°F (90°C) for tender ribs.
Serve
- Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
