Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs cooked
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 lb Red potatoes halved
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob cut into halves
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 1 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Serving Essentials
  • 1 bottle Hot sauce for serving
  • 1 loaf French bread for dipping
  • 1 bowl Melted butter for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams. Cook until seafood is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer.
Setting the Table
  1. Cover the serving table with a plastic tablecloth.
  2. Arrange paper plates, plastic utensils, and napkins for guests.
  3. Place the seafood and vegetables in the center of the table for a communal dining experience.
  4. Set out bowls of melted butter and hot sauce for dipping.
  5. Provide a cooler with drinks nearby for guests to enjoy.
