Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Pesto Sauce
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce store-bought or homemade
Cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, and sliced red onion as toppings.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
