Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), baking powder, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
