Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
Miso Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Miso Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Glaze the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the miso glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
