Ingredients
  

Chai Tea Base
  • 4 cups water for brewing tea
  • 4 teaspoons chai tea leaves or 4 tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom for flavor
Latte Components
  • 2 cups milk any type of milk or milk alternative
  • 2 cups ice for serving

Method
 

Prepare Chai Tea
  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add chai tea leaves (or tea bags), sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and strain the tea into a pitcher. Let it cool to room temperature.
Assemble Latte
  1. Fill glasses with ice. Pour cooled chai tea over the ice, filling each glass halfway.
  2. Top each glass with milk, stirring gently to combine. Adjust sweetness if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use whole milk or a non-dairy creamer. You can also add whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
