Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Apple Crisp
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree canned or homemade
  • 2 cups diced apples peeled and cored
  • 1 cup oats rolled
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, diced apples, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
Make the Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, and melted coconut oil until crumbly. Spread this mixture evenly over the pumpkin-apple filling.
Bake
  1. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
