Ingredients

  • 2 cups shaved ice
  • 1 cup sweetened red beans
  • 1 cup sweetened jackfruit
  • 1 cup sweetened banana
  • 1 cup jelly (agar-agar)
  • 1 cup leche flan cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup ube ice cream
Toppings
  • 1 cup evaporated milk for drizzling
  • 1 cup toasted rice flakes optional

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by cutting the leche flan into small pieces and ensuring all sweetened fruits are ready.
Assemble the Halo Halo
  1. In a serving glass, layer the sweetened red beans, jackfruit, banana, and jelly at the bottom.
  2. Add a generous amount of shaved ice on top of the layered ingredients.
  3. Drizzle evaporated milk over the shaved ice.
  4. Top with leche flan and a scoop of ube ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle toasted rice flakes if desired.

  1. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy!
