Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb ground chicken
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced any color
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop all vegetables and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add ground chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
