  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm water About 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Sliced bell peppers Any color
  • 1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano

Method

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Grill the Pizza
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and place a pizza stone on the grill to heat up.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a floured pizza peel.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add cheese and toppings of your choice.
  4. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove the pizza from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
