Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and cinnamon.

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool, then mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to make a glaze and drizzle over the bread.
