Ingredients
  

Nachos
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup salsa for serving
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving
Buffalo Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup celery sticks for serving
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing for serving
Mini Sliders
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 pkg slider buns 12 count
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 cup pickles for topping

Method
 

Prepare Nachos
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Cook Buffalo Wings
  1. In a large skillet, heat the chicken wings over medium heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Make Mini Sliders
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into small patties.
  2. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Place on slider buns with cheese and pickles.
