- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter and lukewarm water. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved, then gradually add flour to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth yet slightly tacky.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Rising & Baking
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 2 hours).
