Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter and lukewarm water. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved, then gradually add flour to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth yet slightly tacky.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Rising & Baking
  1. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 2 hours).
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the risen dough into a loaf, place it in a greased pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
