Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the crockpot.
Serving
  1. Serve the pulled chicken on buns, in tacos, or over rice.
