Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup green cabbage shredded
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Thaw white fish fillets if frozen and prepare for cooking.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Season panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Coat each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the breaded fish sticks until golden and crispy.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in another pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing a piece of fried fish on each tortilla.
  8. Top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, a dollop of sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce.
