Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders fresh or thawed
Breading Mixture
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for dredging
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably panko for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Cooking Oil
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  2. Use a meat tenderizer to gently pound the chicken to an even thickness.
Set Up Breading Station
  1. In one bowl, place the flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.
Bread the Chicken
  1. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off excess.
  2. Dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Coat with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Chicken
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken tenders in batches.
  3. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
