Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Egg Rolls
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water.
Fry the Egg Rolls
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the egg rolls in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain and Serve
- Remove the egg rolls from the oil using tongs and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.

Notes
For a healthier option, these can be baked instead of fried. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
