Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the corn ribs with the oil mixture on all sides.
Cook the Corn Ribs
  1. Place the corn ribs on the grill or a baking sheet if using the oven.
  2. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and tender.
  3. If baking, roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
