Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Cut each ear of corn in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds to create rib-like pieces.
Season the Corn
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Brush the corn ribs with the seasoning mixture evenly.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the seasoned corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve warm, optionally with additional lime juice or toppings.
