Ingredients
  

Dessert Base
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dessert Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  3. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
Serve
  1. Allow the dessert to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
  2. Top each square with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and chopped peanuts.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
