Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded can use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved can substitute with apples
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, diced celery, halved grapes, chopped red onion, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the yogurt.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
