Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese Fresh
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or a pizza peel.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the dough.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Add Burrata and Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven and tear the burrata cheese over the top.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and an additional drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Slice and serve immediately.
