Ingredients
  

Shrimp and Bowl Base
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In each bowl, layer cooked rice, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and cooked shrimp.
  2. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and top with sliced green onions.
